Die Hard 4.0

Live Free or Die Hard starring: Bruce Willis, Justin Long, Timothy Olyphant, Maggie Q, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Cliff Curtis and Kevin Smith.

Yippie Ki Yay Motherf***er!

Firstly, when i watched the trailer I was wondering why 4.0 for this movie? Now I know its appropriate since its about dendam penggodam (hacker with a revenge). Sounds like a chikai malay movie title..."Dendam Penggodam". Hahaa!
Live Free or Die Hard is the fourth installment of the Die Hard series after 19 years from the first movie. John McClane (Bruce Willis) is back and this time he's dealing with a cyber-terrorist that is trying to steal money from the government. As usual, being the wrong person at the wrong place and at the wrong time, he was instructed to bring a hacker by the name Matthew Farrell (Justin Long) to the fed. And the action begins lah!
Just like in the previous Die Hard movies, this McClane character is always funny. Always prepared with awesome comeback line, making him more interesting rather than a normal detective who shoot and drive and fight
macam biasa.
This movie is just as exciting as it was promised (from the trailer) on the action as well as the plot itself. Overall I would say, this is the action movie of July. Something truely Hollywood. Old school Hollywood. No CGI.

We're very concerned

Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events DVD starring: Jim Carrey, Emily Browning, Liam Aiken, Timothy Spall, Catherine O'Hara, Billy Connolly, Cedric the Entertainer, Meryl Streep and Jude Law as the voice of Lemony Snicket

Don't watch this movie!

That's what Lemony Snicket will say to those who actually wants to see this movie. This movie is based from a series of books by Lemony Snicket about the Baudelaire orphans miserable life after the death of their parents. Later on, the Baudelaire misfortune will be more unpleasant with them under the care of Count Olaf, played by Jim Carrey.
The Baudelaire eldest is Violet, played by Emily Browning, is the most gifted 14 year-old inventor the world has ever known. Below her is Klaus, played by Liam Aiken, is a reader. He loves to read any kinds of books which make him different than any other 12 year-old. And lastly there is Sunny, played by Kara and Shelby Hoffman, loves to bite with her four sharp teeth.
The movie itself consist from the first three novels; The Bad
Beginning, The Reptile Room and The Wide Window. Like most novel adaptation movies, it is different than the book. Nevertheless, the movie itself is quite entertaining. Love the series and I love the movie.

Lemony Snicket would say Don't Watch, I'll say Go and watch 'em.

Enchanted

Tentative release date: November 21, 2007

Yet another flick from Disney *cheer* which is currently in production and I can't wait! I'm a sucker for fairy tales =D This film has a princess, a prince, a wicked queen, etc etc..

Stars Amy Adams as Princess Giselle, James Marsden as Prince Edward, and Susan Sarandon as the evil Queen Narissa. Saw the trailer and it looked pretty good to me. Note that Giselle's white gown looks quite similar to that of Ariel's (The Little Mermaid) wedding dress. She has red hair, too. And Edward's costume is strikingly similar to Prince Phillip's (Sleeping Beauty). There is one scene that shows a ballroom dance and they have a shot from the chandelier just like Beauty and the Beast's ballroom scene.

Another thing which gets me excited is that Paige O' Hara, who voiced Belle in Beauty and the Beast is going to make an appearance =D

Oh, and I'm sure my sister Yana is going to like it as well. It also stars Patrick Dempsey =|
